Welcome to Topical Lidocaine Cream Pain Relief!

My name is John Normandin, your Registered Health Care Professional serving people for the past 23 years and going strong!

Born here Winnipeg, Canada in 1960, I am the youngest of 10 children. I finished grade school and it was soon after that I began my working life in the health care field.

Always very active in sports in high school and soon after realized the importance of exercise and nutrition for good health. Not only was this important for my quality of life but quantity as well.

My son says, “Dad you will live to be 100”…..I hope he is right!

I worked in and out of health care since high school but now steady since 1982.

My health care career has taken me to other provinces and even to work in Saudi Arabia after the Gulf War in 1991.

I have worked in various areas within hospitals; emergency, surgery, psychiatry, geriatric medicine. As well in the prison system, occupational health, disability case management, insurance companies. Currently, I have worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation for 5 years teaching patients with a variety of heart problems how to exercise, learn about their heart etc.

My professional accomplishments mostly have been in the area of wellness coaching. I was nominated for a Service Excellence award related to Health and Wellness promotion in 2005.

Without a doubt, the “special” qualities I possess is that I am a very good listener but furthermore I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to assist a very wide variety of people in need.
